When you join RDO's technology team, you'll receive ongoing training and support from the team members around you who are eager to share their knowledge and collaborate. Additionally, you'll receive continuous training through RDO's in-house technology curriculum to ensure success in your role.
This will vary depending on your location and specific job. RDO provides technology solutions from Topcon, Wingtra, DJI, John Deere and other manufacturers. Solutions include lasers, levels, drones, UAVs, robotic total stations and vertical construction solutions.

Generally speaking, our hiring process includes a completed application, 1-2 in-person interviews (usually the first is with the hiring manager, the second is with a panel) and a role-fit assessment.
