Purchases completed online or in one of our retail store locations may be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the item’s purchase price.

Simply bring your items in their original packaging along with your proof of purchase to any of our store locations. Refund credit options include payment back on credit card, or credit to your account (if applicable). We are unable to offer credit in the form of cash payment.
Online orders can either be returned to any RDO Equipment Co. store, or shipped to our warehouse. Orders shipped back require completion of an RMA form.
Refunds are typically processed within three days from the receipt of returned merchandise or refund request.
